• 3–6 years of experience practicing before the ITC
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one soon
• Strong understanding of ITC issues like domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement

Responsibilities

• Handle Section 337 ITC cases and collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group
• Provide strategic legal analysis and client advisement on ITC procedures and practices
