Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience practicing before the ITC in Section 337 cases.
• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of ITC rules and procedures, including domestic industry, remedies and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in ITC Section 337 investigations and litigations.
• Collaborate with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team to develop strategy.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and client communications throughout proceedings.
