Qualifications

• Experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
• Knowledge of ITC issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and Rules of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in ITC Section 337 matters and coordinate with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group.
• Provide strategic counseling and develop litigation plans for ITC proceedings.
