We have an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with (preferably) three to six years of experience practicing before the ITC, and participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of ITC issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of ITC Section 337 litigation experience.
• Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Active bar license in the state of the applicable office or ability to obtain it promptly.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
