Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP telephony systems and equipment.
  • Install and configure VoIP stations and ensure LAN connectivity.
  • Support day-to-day telephony operations including IP phone provisioning.
  • Provide voice traffic routing support via PRI trunks and LAN-based voice traffic.
  • Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps; keep service records up to date.
