Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator to operate, maintain, secure, and update enterprise VoIP and VTC systems, ensuring integrity and security. You will configure, patch, scan for high availability, respond to incidents, and document system characteristics and security settings.

Required: extensive VoIP/VTC experience, DoD Secret Clearance, and knowledge of Avaya, CUCM, Oracle, or Ribbon devices; strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

• Experience with VoIP/VTC operations, maintenance, and security.
• Configure, patch, and vulnerability scanning for high availability.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation and diagrams.
• Familiar with security policies and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Certifications or education aligning with DoD and security requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, secure, and update enterprise VoIP and VTC systems to ensure system integrity and security.
• Configure, patch, and scan systems to maintain high availability and optimal performance.
• Respond to incident tickets, service requests, and restoration of services, and process change requests.
• Maintain documentation of server/system characteristics and security settings.
• Notify the Government of any critical or high incidents impacting critical systems and services.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and recommend changes to VoIP and VTC infrastructure.
• Perform availability and performance monitoring, including trend analysis.
