Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Installation & Repair Technician to support Fort Knox, KY. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair digital switching equipment, VoIP systems, fire and intrusion alarms, and related central office hardware in a DoD-contract environment.

Applicants need a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and five years of telecom experience with Avaya/VoIP. OSHA 30 and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience maintaining, installing, testing telecom equipment.
• Knowledge of Avaya and VoIP communications systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair digital switching equipment and related hardware.
• Maintain central office records and document spare parts inventories.
• Provide remote diagnostics and on-site support for telecom systems.
• Attend training sessions (DoD, Information Assurance, Security).
