Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Software Engineer (26-419) to design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE software for Regional Applications within the C2BMC program. The role is on-site with no remote option and requires current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

This role requires a degree in a related field with 1–2 years of experience or 6+ years of equivalent work experience.
A current in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance is required to start.
Experience with Java/J2EE or another OO language and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software in Java/J2EE to support Regional Applications.
Work in an Agile team to implement features and resolve complex issues.
Translate requirements and SysML diagrams into maintainable software components.
Follow coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
