Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a Principal Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler. The role will decompose scope, develop the program schedule baseline, and coordinate with engineering, operations and management to control cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience with MS Project, Oracle P6 or Deltek Open Plan and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years professional related experience OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Program scheduling experience using MS Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or other related scheduling tool.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• US Citizenship and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with engineering and operations to decompose scope and develop the program schedule baseline.
• Collaborate with management to update status for decision making on complex development and production programs.
• Develop an integrated program measurement baseline to manage cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Use scheduling software to plan and gauge progress against the plan and identify variances.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and develop actions to address risks and critical path issues.
