Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) to join our team on-site with a 4/10 schedule. The role requires a Secret clearance and involves developing and integrating the master schedule across functional groups.

You will use Gantt/PERT, EVMS and schedule analytics to drive on-time program performance, track risks, and support decision-making while collaborating with engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related field, or a Master's degree.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with background investigation within 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required.
• Experience with project scheduling and integrated master schedule is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis, resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, earned value management and other PM techniques to gauge progress.
