Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years professional related experience; or Master’s with 3 years.
• 9 years applied experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 2 years of project scheduling experience using scheduling tools.
• Travel domestically up to 10%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and control the program schedule baseline with multifunctional teams.
• Develop an integrated program measurement baseline to manage cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Use scheduling software to plan and gauge progress; identify variances and mitigate risks.
• Perform metrics reviews and predictive analysis to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and resolve critical path issues.
