The position requires an Active Secret clearance and 2–7 years of IT experience. You will work with the Enterprise Service Desk to handle tickets, support devices, and ensure service goals are met, in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 2–7 years of IT experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and IT device support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support for devices including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and network devices.
• Resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues.
• Troubleshoot with employees and officials to resolve technical problems.
• Support Enterprise Service Desk operations and ticket handling.
• Meet service goals by opening/closing tickets and processing calls.
