Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a large federal program. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kansas City, MO, supporting end-user IT needs across Marine Corps installations worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of IT experience, an active Security+ certification, and must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary of $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support across Marine Corps installations worldwide.
• Support various devices and technologies including networks, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and Outlook/Microsoft Office.
• Open and close tickets and log incidents in the service desk system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues; assist with VTC and video conferencing as needed.
• Correlate events and incidents for IT service management.
