Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a government contractor based in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves end-user desktop support for a large enterprise network within the Intelligence Community.

You will resolve a variety of IT issues, assist with devices, and work within the Enterprise Service Desk to meet service targets. This opportunity offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 2-7 years of IT experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and supporting IT devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support for devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile phones.
• Resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and video teleconference issues.
• Work with employees and officials to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Execute operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
• Meet service goals by opening/closing tickets, running scripts, and answering calls.
