Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Representative to support a government IT services and cybersecurity environment. The role is on-site in Kansas City, Missouri, delivering centralized help desk and desktop support to end users across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support for desktops and apps, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with Office Suite and video conferencing.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or help desk environments.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues
• Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing tools
• Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across multiple locations
