Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily poultry production operations on the production floor. You will ensure targets are met while upholding high safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role requires coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment and workflow, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

2nd shift availability is required. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance coaching, and cross-department collaboration to drive improvements and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience managing 20+ employees.
• Strong communication skills; ability to make independent decisions; basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
