Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor – Day Shift in Cold Spring, MN. You’ll lead daily poultry production floor activities, ensuring targets, safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating team duties and monitoring equipment and workflow.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience and strong communication. Base salary is provided with benefits; safety and compliance are emphasized across the facility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and team involvement to support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
