Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor - Debone to lead daily operations on the production floor. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating team duties and monitoring equipment and workflow.

Must be willing to work DAY shift and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced poultry facility. Responsibilities include training staff, organizing schedules, supervising performance, and collaborating with other departments to drive improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities on the production floor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and motivate team to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Promote open communication and teamwork to support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and maintain a safe workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed for Plant Operations Team.
