Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor - Nightshift to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. You will coordinate manpower, monitor equipment, and enforce health and safety regulations while responding to issues in real time.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to work nights. High school diploma required; poultry/food industry experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience overseeing 20+ team members preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee performance and provide feedback.
• Encourage open communication and team morale.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe workplace.
• Take on additional duties to support Plant Operations Team
