Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for Wings & Marination. You will lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring targets, safety, and quality are met while coordinating team duties and monitoring workflows.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy food production environment. Day shift is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience; leadership of 20+ employees preferred.
• Strong communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication to boost team morale and align with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality improvements, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe workplace.
• Assume additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
