Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in writing.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops employees to maximize quality and productivity.
• Plans manpower, materials, and machines to optimize efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback to staff.
