Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will ensure production procedures align with customer specifications while maximizing productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsible for reporting within the supervision area and guiding a team to meet safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production setting, with poultry/food industry exposure a plus, and strong leadership for 20+ staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production setting.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership with 20+ employees and effective communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to work assigned hours including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedures meet productivity, safety and customer specs.
• Train staff and provide an environment for quality and efficiency.
