Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize fermenters, tanks, blending vessels, hoses, and pumps.
• Set up and operate mixers, scales, meters, and pumps.
• Perform regular maintenance on cellar equipment with the maintenance team.
• Receive and manage tanker deliveries of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate records for quality control purposes.
• Conduct blending and centrifuge operations.
