Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. in Chilton, WI is hiring Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This full-time role involves operating brewing, evaporation, and drying equipment, weighing and packing ingredients, forklift movement, sampling, and maintaining records. Training is provided for the right candidate, with a starting wage of $25.50 per hour and a shift premium of $1.00 per hour on 2nd/3rd shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate brewing, evaporating, or drying equipment
• Weigh, measure, mix, and pack food ingredients following specific formulas
• Operate forklifts to move product between warehouse and production areas
• Load/unload bulk products and transfer materials between facilities
• Take product samples and perform basic lab testing
• Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records
• Perform sanitation tasks and light maintenance
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments
• Follow work orders and standard operating procedures
• Participate in team meetings and support safety, quality, and GMP standards
