Qualifications

• Must be comfortable on your feet for long shifts in a loud production environment.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and safety-first.

Responsibilities

• Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization.
• Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP).
• Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem.
• Work with shift supervisor to hit production targets.
