Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a first or second shift Cellar Operator to join our production team. You will perform cellar operations, monitor QA standards, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality production.

This role requires 1-2 years in a cellar within the brewing industry, proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, and a willingness to train on processes like GEA Westfalia GSC60 and CIP skids. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cellar experience in brewing.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Experience with Ekos or similar inventory software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Multilingual skills a plus (Spanish/Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Perform cellar operations including hop handling, yeast harvesting, beer transfers, dry hopping, CIP cycles.
• Ensure beer meets QA standards and recipes; perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate record-keeping.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery; support cross-department collaboration.
