Job summary

Octopi Brewing in Waunakee, Wisconsin, part of the Asahi Beer USA family, is seeking cellar brewers across five shifts to support growing production. You will manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, and related cellar operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be on your feet for a full shift in a loud, temperature-varied production environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, hard-working, and safety-first.
• Prior brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization
• Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP)
• Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets
