• Minimum of one year of commercial brewing, cellar, or related beverage production experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial brewing processes, sanitation, and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and established safety protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work second shift beginning at 12:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wort production, beer separation, cellar operations, and batching.
• Operate brewing and cellar equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor parameters, fermentation, and product quality.
• Perform yeast harvesting, pitching, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with shifts to ensure production schedule.
• Maintain accurate production records and report deviations.
• Provide direction and training to Cellar Technicians.
• Ensure safety, GMPs, and cleaning procedures.
