Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial banking or relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and treasury services.
• Proven business development and portfolio management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Established business connections within the Seattle market preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market development.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic financial guidance.
• Structure and negotiate commercial lending opportunities in collaboration with credit partners.
• Cross-sell treasury management, deposit, and additional banking services.
• Analyze financial statements, credit structures, and overall relationship profitability.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong asset quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the bank within the local business and professional community.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the client experience.
