Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager interaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ATS, HRIS, and digital file organization.
• Currently using or open to using AI tools to support efficiency and productivity.
• Experience with ERP systems and Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Facilitate structured intake meetings to clarify role expectations and interview approaches.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support timely hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and share insights with HR leadership.
• Support onboarding and early employee experience through collaboration.
• Maintain recruiting data within ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
