Stanley 1913 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4–6 month contract based in Seattle, WA. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will lead proactive sourcing, qualify candidates, and help craft compelling job descriptions and hiring plans. 5+ years in full life cycle hiring and strong data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle hiring, preferably in-house recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.

Responsibilities

• Engage and evaluate talented candidates to build a pipeline for a high growth business.
• Execute end-to-end proactive and creative sourcing strategies to meet the business need.
• Partner with hiring teams to build robust candidate pools from applicants, referrals, networking, and passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Qualify candidates based on experience, skills, interests, and hiring team feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope new roles, write clear and compelling job descriptions, and hiring plans.
• Ensure interviews and assessments are job-relevant, consistent, and candidate-friendly.
