Swoon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a Bellevue, WA-based global consumer brand. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional onsite collaboration to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, advise on interview strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while ramping quickly in a fast-paced TA organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience in a full-cycle role.
• Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical talent.
• Experience managing a high-volume or multi-requisition workload.
• Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Maintain a strong candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to identify trends and improve hiring strategies.
• Help continuously improve sourcing, interviewing, and TA processes.

Swoon is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a well-known global consumer brand based in Bellevue, WA!

This is a great opportunity for a corporate recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and working across a variety of teams rather than being limited to one specific function.

You'll manage a mix of technical and non-technical professional roles, taking searches from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close. The team is looking for someone who can ramp quickly, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and operate pretty independently within an established TA organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close
• Manage multiple requisitions across technical and non-technical corporate functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Advise hiring teams on candidate profiles, interview strategy, assessment, compensation, and recruiting best practices
• Maintain a strong candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to identify trends and improve hiring strategies
• Help continuously improve sourcing, interviewing, and overall TA processes

What we're looking for:

• 5–7+ years of progressive corporate Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across a variety of professional roles
• Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical talent
• Experience managing a high-volume or multi-requisition workload
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Greenhouse ATS experience is required
• Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to ramp quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Location: Bellevue, WA. Consistent onsite attendance is not required, but candidates should be local to the Greater Seattle area and available to come onsite as needed for collaboration or team connection.

Pay: Up to $50/hr W2, depending on experience.
