Job summary

Parker Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Recruiter to connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities across the organization. This contract-to-hire role is onsite in Downtown Seattle, WA, with a 40-hour workweek (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and a pay rate of $33.65–$38.46 per hour.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Agency staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview to offer coordination.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and social media.
• Write and publish engaging job advertisements.
