Qualifications

• 4+ years in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and networking.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market insights and data.
• Source, interview, assess and present high-quality candidates with hiring manager collaboration.
• Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.
• Collaborate within the TA team to improve recruiting outcomes.
