Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role owns end-to-end hiring, from talent identification through offer close, with a strong focus on data integrity in our ATS.

The position requires on-site presence at our Seattle and/or Bothell locations, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting.
• Foundational knowledge of state and federal employment related laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client and candidate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to close.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools for current and future roles.
• Collaborates with hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
• Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Job boards, and networking events.
• Researches and identifies prospective talent, providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Manage the recruiting process with an emphasis on data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and comparing technical qualifications to job requirements.
• Be an 'unblocker' for the business and candidates to minimize time-to-fill (TTF).
• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and all other duties as assigned.
