Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a motivated Client Development Manager in Seattle, WA to drive new business growth in IT staffing. You will identify, engage, and secure client partnerships while coordinating with recruiters to meet client needs and ensure timely placements.

As a CDM, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, and attend networking events to expand our market presence. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in client development or staffing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with IT staffing and client negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and meetings.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand IT staffing needs.
• Lead pursuit and execution of new client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts).
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to deal closure.
• Coordinate with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates on time.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, requisitions, and pipeline activity.
• Represent the company at meetups and industry events to expand network.
