Job summary

Auctane is seeking a Field Account Manager in Seattle to lead expansion efforts with a portfolio of ShipStation customers. This field-based role emphasizes software adoption, advanced feature usage, and revenue expansion, with regular in-person customer engagement.

You will drive quota attainment through high-volume sales and partner with implementation and product teams to ensure strong product fit and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Location: Seattle, WA within assigned territory.
• Travel: In-person engagement 4 days per week within territory.
• Collaboration with Implementation and Product teams to ensure product fit.

Responsibilities

• Drive Expansion Revenue by increasing product adoption and upgrading plans.
• Consult with merchants on cross-sell of ShipStation features to improve workflows.
• Execute an Adoption-Led Sales Motion using usage data and discovery conversations.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio, balancing outreach, renewals and expansion.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through repeatable motions.
• Support carrier growth initiatives by promoting effective integrations.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts and provide territory transparency.
