Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Seattle to grow a local delivery partner network. In this field-based role, you will visit business owners, present the opportunity, qualify prospects, and guide them through onboarding, working closely with a Field Manager.

You will manage your pipeline in Salesforce, support recruiting events, and build community relationships across the Seattle market. This is a hybrid, field-based role with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, account management, or business development.
• Outside/field sales experience required.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in the Seattle territory to generate interest in the program.
• Present opportunities and explain benefits to prospective partners.
• Qualify interested businesses and assist them through the application process.
• Manage lead activity, pipeline progression, and follow-up in Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events and community outreach.
