Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service or related administrative experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers by phone and email.
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from the field.
• Monitor the ticketing system, assign to the Field Support Team, and manage tool-related tickets.
• Generate and manage pick tickets in the Warehouse Management System for accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to identify backorders and communicate changes to the Field.
• Provide backup support with transfer ticket creation.
• Represent FST at internal meetings, project kick-offs, and site visits.
• Coordinate PPE recall communications and share important updates with the field.
• Prepare and ship packages via UPS and FedEx.
• Promote teamwork and top-notch customer service with internal and external customers.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as needed.
