Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Spanish-English bilingual Representative to support customers with responsive service, problem solving, and account assistance. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, document interactions, and help resolve billing questions while upholding company policies.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Customer service, call center, collections, or related experience preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payments, billing questions, and general requests.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
• Explain account information, payment options, and available solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
