Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, lead a team, and ensure financial and operational targets are met. The role emphasizes hospitality, compliance with housing laws, and delivering excellent resident service.

You’ll manage staffing, budgets, reporting, and owner communications, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction at Greystar-managed communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Oversee leasing, discounts, renewals, and inspections.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain client/owner relationships with updates and reporting on performance.
