Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a seasoned Community Manager to run day-to-day property operations, lead staff, and maintain budgets for a luxury multi-family community. The role emphasizes budget adherence, lease enforcement, and strong owner relations.

You will oversee leasing, reporting, and service standards, ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws. The position offers housing discounts, cell phone allowance, monthly bonuses, and robust benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team

• Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
• Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals
• Supervises property staff to ensure goals are met; this includes hiring, training, and performance management
• Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property’s performance and responding to owner requests as needed
