Job summary

Greystar in Washington, DC area is seeking a Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will supervise property staff, manage budgets, drive occupancy, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies while delivering exceptional resident service.

This role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business or real estate, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgets.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Develop short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and maintenance standards.
