Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Seattle to support the Community Manager in daily financial and operational duties. You will handle rent collections, deposits, and reporting, using property management software to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

As part of the on-site team, you will review leases, handle delinquencies, coordinate with vendors, and assist with evictions and move-outs. A growth-focused role with strong benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, processes payments, deposits, and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and keeps data accurate and updated.
• Reviews resident files to collect balances and enforces lease terms.
• Review and process vendor invoices, coordinate payments with management.
• Assist in evictions and move-outs per policy and legal requirements.
• Support leasing/marketing by greeting prospects and processing applications.
