Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar rental housing operations.
• Ability to create and follow budgets and financial reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and payments; prepare daily deposits.
• Process invoices and payables; manage bank deposits.
• Assist leasing team with tours and inquiries.
• Maintain records in property management software.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues.
• Supervise on-site operations in the Community Manager's absence.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams.
