Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community in Seattle. You will lead staff, manage budgets, set rents, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering high resident satisfaction.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate marketing and leasing strategies, and collaborate with owners to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property and analyze financial data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and COI checks.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the budget.
• Oversee leasing processes, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Lead marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
