Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Seattle is seeking a Service Sales Manager to partner with the General Manager to develop and implement the territory service sales business plan. You will manage sales processes, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants.

You will lead a team of Service Account Managers, drive revenue growth, and ensure escalation of issues including collections and contracts, while aligning with OT’s EH&S policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of product, service techniques, and ability to interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the territory service sales plan
• Manage standardized sales processes and tools
