Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation in Seattle is seeking a Sr Manager, Service Sales to lead a high-performing team and drive service sales results in the Seattle operating territory. You will partner with the General Manager to shape the service sales plan and coordinate with Sales Enablement to standardize processes and tools.

You will expand customer growth, strengthen loyalty for service and repair offerings, and resolve escalated issues while coaching a team of Service Account Managers to hit

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to develop expectations with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software and EH&S policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales processes and ensure achievement of OT business objectives.
• Develop and implement the operating territory service sales plan with GM and Enablement teams.
• Grow customer portfolio and unit count while maintaining loyalty and partnerships.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Account Managers toward targets and KPIs.
