Job summary

Flow Control, a Bray Sales, Inc. division, seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Eastern PA HVAC/ATC market. You will prospect, build relationships, and manage new and existing accounts in a field-based role with frequent travel, including occasional Houston training.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside sales, a degree in engineering or business, and a proven ability to sell valves and controls while driving growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years outside sales; 5 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ME/EE, or Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience selling valves and controls in HVAC/ATC industries.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray’s full product range to customers in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit client sites to assess needs and offer Bray solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through territory and account management.
• Build technical proficiency on Bray product lines.
• Represent Bray at industry events and conferences as required.
