Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks, plates and follows portion standards for food products.
• Organizes and plans activities by reviewing daily pull and prep lists.
• Cooks and stores food at required temperature; labels, dates, rotates products.
• Tests foods for proper cooking standards.
• Monitors and maintains proper cooking temperatures for large equipment.
• Maintains food prep area and cleans equipment/workstations.
• Follows safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adheres to workplace safety standards and reports equipment issues.
• Performs opening and/or closing side works.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
